Jennifer loves to fuse all of her fitness passions into a training session that works the entire body. Her trainings feature elements of HIIT, Pilates, resistance, strength training and Yoga for a full body workout. When you work with Jennifer she focuses on increasing cardio endurance and stamina. As a personal trainer she is qualified to work with anyone at any level.

PRICING: 30min $70, 45min $105, 60min $140 (add $20 for an additional person)

We limit our team to just five select trainers, each chosen through a careful multi-stage interview process. This ensures every trainer represents the level of expertise, professionalism, and personal care that reflects our commitment to your results and longevity.

When you schedule a session with a Railyard Fitness trainer, you can be confident you’re working with a top-tier fitness professional who will help guide you toward your goals with personalized, evidence-based training.

All trainers manage their own pricing and session structure. However, we offer a one-time consultation and training session that can be conveniently booked online.
