Christine Jones

Christine is a holistic trainer who’s experience as an athlete, yogi, and remote mind-body coach has enabled her to fuse the benefits of mindfulness practices, technology and cutting edge exercise research to hold clients accountable to lasting change, even when life gets busy.

Her unique training style blends mobility and stability work through the spectrum of movement as well as rotational or  “farmer strong” type movements. She has developed a love for fat burn exercise programs where clients lift heavy (think 5 by 5 heavy lifting) and focus on low intensity steady states to improve body composition quickly, efficiently and with minimal stress to the joints, ligaments and nervous system. When working with Christine, you will get a strong physical foundation that will empower you to safely maintain or up-level your fitness without pain or injury. You will also get a cheerleader and confidante that will provide fitness check-ins each week and address the multi-faceted factors that contribute to deep health including macro and micronutrient balance, gut health, stress management and breath, nootropic optimization, and sleep-wake cycle maintenance.

Personal Trainers at Railyard Fitness are Independent Contractors. All of the personal trainers who work at Railyard Fitness have extensive experience in fitness. As Independent Contractors they operate independently from Railyard Fitness. All fees and scheduling is handled directly with the trainer.

As an avid athlete and former Ironman Finisher, I began working with Christine 3 years ago and can’t imagine going back to my old gym techniques. Each personal session is packed with upper and lower body activation, mixing in Pilates, Yoga, Balance, Core and Strength Training. Christine has a great understanding of how to work with injuries, strengthening core muscles around the affected areas. No session is the same, as she pushes you to reach higher levels and always with inspiration. She takes time explaining the exercise and breaks it down slowly to insure it’s being done correctly.
