Gentle Bodywork for Deep Healing + Nervous System

Experience Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy at Railyard Fitness

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports your body’s innate ability to heal itself by working with the subtle movement of the craniosacral fluid (that is stored in the skull and spine), the nervous system, and the body’s deeper energetic patterns.

Using extremely light touch;

● Releases stored tension and trauma held in the body

● Regulates the nervous system, shifting you out of fight or flight

● Addresses root causes of pain and dysfunction, not just symptoms

● Supports deep relaxation and the body’s natural reorganization

What makes this work unique:

Your practitioner brings the diagnostic precision of Chinese Medicine to Craniosacral work. As a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM), they understand how energy (Qi) flows through the body, how constitutional patterns shape your health, and how physical restrictions reflect deeper imbalances in the body’s systems.

This integration offers a rare combination—the profound stillness of Craniosacral listening paired with the energetic awareness of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy helps with:

● Chronic pain and tension patterns

● Headaches, migraines, and TMJ disorders

● Stress, anxiety, and sleep disturbances

● Recovery from physical or emotional trauma

● Digestive issues and hormonal imbalances

● Fatigue and nervous system dysregulation

● Overall vitality and resilience

You’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable table while gentle contact is made at key areas of the body—often the head, sacrum, or feet. Most people experience profound relaxation and a sense of being deeply held uot; as the body unwinds.

Restore balance. Release what you’ve been holding. Reconnect with your body’s wisdom.

Dr Majid Mubeen, Doctor of Oriental Medicine

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy + Chinese Medicine

Dr Majid Mubeen graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017, studying organizational behavior and human relationships. Towards the end of school, he was exposed to somatic therapy for trauma regulation and profoundly touched by its ability to address the deep issues held in the body—and the powerful link between emotional and physical trauma via the nervous system. He witnessed how so many root issues naturally unwind when we create space for the body’s innate wisdom to emerge. This experience led him to study somatic touch therapy and biodynamic Craniosacral work, learning to support the body’s gentle self-healing process.

He went on to become a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, bringing the diagnostic depth and energetic understanding of Chinese Medicine to his hands-on work. While he maintains a private practice offering acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, his work at Railyard Fitness is focused exclusively on Craniosacral Therapy—allowing him to dedicate full attention to this profound, subtle form of bodywork.

Dr Majid views healing as a partnership between practitioner and client, where his role is to listen deeply and create the conditions for the body to release what it’s been holding. His approach honors both the physical structure and the energetic patterns that shape our health, offering care that is compassionate, intentional, and rooted in trust of the body’s natural intelligence.
