Holistic Healing for Pain Relief, Mobility & Wellness
Naprapathy is a specialized form of manual therapy that focuses on the evaluation, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction through the manipulation of connective and soft tissues.
Treatment includes hands-on soft tissue techniques, manipulation of bony structures, as well as rehabilitative exercises and movement education, with the goal of restoring function and balance to the body. Naprapathic care emphasizes a comprehensive, whole-body approach—identifying and addressing underlying imbalances and contributing factors to promote long-term recovery and optimal physical function.
Lydia Enriquez
Graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee in 2017 and began working as a registered nurse in Wisconsin. While specializing in psychiatric nursing she found a strong interest in how pain and injury affect our lives and began looking for a way that I could learn to help address these conditions at a deeper level.
After receiving Naprapathy treatments, she moved to Santa Fe in 2018 to pursue her Doctorate degree in Naprapathic medicine. With her background in nursing it has given her a deep understanding of the body’s systems and how they interact. Her treatment approach is focused on viewing the body as one interconnected system rather than individualized areas of injury. Her treatments are a way to assist the body in its ability to heal itself, and she strives to provide compassionate and focused care to every client.
