Holistic Healing for Pain Relief, Mobility & Wellness
Experience Naprapathy at Railyard Fitness
Naprapathy is a specialized, hands-on therapy focused on treating and preventing musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction by addressing imbalances in the body’s connective and soft tissues.
This integrative approach blends:
• Manual manipulation of muscles and fascia
• Gentle adjustment of bony structures
• Rehabilitative movement and corrective exercises
• Education to support long-term function and balance
Unlike conventional approaches that treat isolated symptoms, naprapathic care takes a whole-body view—working to uncover and correct root causes that contribute to chronic pain, limited mobility, and structural imbalance.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing tension, or optimizing your physical resilience, naprapathy supports healing from the inside out.
Restore alignment. Reclaim movement. Rediscover balance.
Lydia Enriquez, RN, ND (Doctoral Candidate)
Naprapathic Medicine & Integrative Bodywork
Lydia Enriquez graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2017 and began her career as a registered nurse, specializing in psychiatric nursing. While working in the field, she developed a strong interest in the complex relationship between pain, injury, and overall well-being—seeking a more holistic way to support the body’s natural healing processes.
After personally experiencing the transformative effects of Naprapathic treatment, Lydia relocated to Santa Fe in 2018 to pursue her Doctorate in Naprapathic Medicine. Her background in nursing gives her a comprehensive understanding of the body’s interconnected systems—physical, neurological, and emotional—and informs her integrative, whole-body approach to care.
Lydia views the body not as a collection of symptoms, but as a unified system capable of self-healing when given the right support. Her treatments focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of dysfunction through gentle manual therapy, connective tissue work, and movement education. She is committed to providing compassionate, intentional care tailored to each client’s unique needs and healing journey.
