Tabata Rounds - Tuesday + Thursday @ 12:15pm

Tabata was invented by DR Tabata. His formula is 20 seconds all out, 10 seconds rest - this is a form of high intensity interval training (HITT). Repeat for 3 rounds. With the warm up and cool down, you will get a killer workout in just 30 minutes - in and out, and back to work on time.

Douglass has been training and teaching in Santa Fe for over 27 years, he knows what he is doing!

HIIT Barre is no ordinary barre class. It's a HIIT, high intensity interval training, barre class. That means push to your max for short bursts of time. IN this class you alternate between barre work and floor work. All work pushes your stamina. Amy combines barre, with cardio, Pilates, with strength training and of course a killer booty and leg workout. Amy has endless energy and keeps the class moving at a fast pace.

Based in ballet style workouts, barre focuses on tiny, precise movements to micro muscle build, strengthen joints, and tone the entire body. These small movements are blended with rounds of shadow boxing to amp up heart rate and balance. A high energy, full body workout great for all levels.

Strengthen and tone your entire body in this classic barre method class! Barre implements tiny micro movements to strengthen the small muscles in your body and produce the long and lean muscles you might see on a dancer. This class primarily uses body weight making it an excellent option for all body types and levels of fitness. Light weight and resistance bands are incorporated to produce lovely muscle tone. Barre can also help improve posture and alignment while strengthening the core. You’ll get a head to toe workout, no prior dance or barre experience required!

Bounce Barre is a perfect blend of fun cardio plyometrics and deep muscle toning barre moves that will leave you sweating and smiling. Cardio segments are supported with suspended resistance bands to make this high-impact workout low-impact on your joints. Interspersed rounds of traditional barre fitness provide a balanced workout and build strong, lean muscles. Fun music and steady beats support both the rhythm-based cardio work and the flow of barre exercise. This brand new format is perfect for beginners and experienced workout buffs alike, as both modifications and higher-intensity options are offered, so get in on the fun!

Buti Yoga - Wednesday @ 5:30pm

Get ready to sweat and scorch calories in this powerful, dynamic practice. Combining yoga asanas, bursts of tribal dance cardio, and classic fitness plyometrics, this class is a great way to work strength building, coordination development, and cardiovascular conditioning into a vinyasa yoga flow. While this format offers a high intensity workout, movements can easily be modified so everyone will enjoy dancing and flowing through the class. (No previous yoga experience required!)

Spin Fit fuses cycling with core body work. Cardio intervals combined with core fitness is an incredible workout. Using your body weight with exercises like lunges, mountain climbers, planks, ab crunches and then jumping on the bike for high speed chases, mountain climbs and interval training. Its a powerful combo.

Circuit Fit is a calorie burning workout that is fast paced and designed to improve the cardiovascular system and create muscular strength. Circuits are in HIIT intervals and can include TRX, battle ropes, spin bikes, weights, plyometric exercises and anything else Douglass can think of!

Kettlebell with Susan - Tuesday + Thursday @ 5:30am, Thursday @ 6:15pm, Saturday @ 9:00am and Sunday @ 10:15am

Susan is a certified Strong First Kettlebell instructor offering five fun and challenging kettlebell classes per week in a welcoming class environment. In her cardio kbell classes, students learn how to use a light single bell, plus body-weight exercises such as lunges, mountain climbers, jumps and a variety of other moves to get the heart pumping and increase basic fitness, strength, mobility and coordination. Her strength kbell classes teach students how to safely practice with double kettlebells—a weight in each hand—and how to use heavier weights, low reps and recovery to achieve balanced, functional strength. Susan has a Masters degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and is a lifelong student of human movement and mind/body integration.

Kettlebell - Friday Advanced Level Class @ 6:30am

Ramp up your game and challenge yourself with an intense all out effort class. This class is not for the faint of heart or anyone afraid to break a sweat. This class will push your work capacity, skills, and neural drive towards the level of an elite athlete.

This class incorporates both elements of strength and cardio all in one.

The class with include strength moves involving double kettlebells, single heavy kettlebells, bodyweight movements and will finish with an all out cardio effort incorporating equipment like the Air-Dyne Bicycle, concept 2 Rower, battling ropes, and slam balls.

THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS. A MASTERY OF ADVANCE SKILLS IS NECESSARY.

Kickboxing Fusion -

Monday + Wednesday + Friday @ 12:15PM

Thursday @ 5:30pm

Muay Thai influenced kickboxing fitness fusion class is simply awesome. Muay Thai uses 8 points of contact; fists, feet, knees and elbows for a complete cardio workout. Add in strength training and yoga and you have a perfect class. It's like the yin yang of fitness. Beating a heavy bag with everything you've got, adding in strength training and then finishing off with stretching and release. Perfection.
