Iron Barre is no ordinary barre class. It's a tabata barre class that combines cardio, with Pilates, with strength training and of course a killer booty and leg workout. This class is probably one of the hardest you will ever take and totally worth the days of latent burning.
Sunset Stretch + Roll - Tuesday @ 6:00pm + Thursday @ 6:15pm
Stretch + Roll is a blend of active stretching and foam rolling to increase your range of motion. Stretching opens areas that are tight from day to day activity or workouts, while providing active recovery. Foam rolling is a way of massaging away muscle soreness in trigger points and preparing your muscles for deeper stretching. Myofascial release in foam roll classes also restores heart rate and blood pressure levels after an intense workout.
Yoga + Pilates - Wednesday @ 5:30pm
Yoga + Pilates - YoPi combines the stretching and lengthening of yoga with the core strengthening exercises of Pilates. If you are looking for supple, strong, long and lean look no further. Jennifer Long is an incredible teacher and this is her passion. You will love this class.
Spin Fit - Monday @ 6:15pm + Wednesday @ 7:30am + Saturday @ 10:00am
Spin Fit fuses cycling with core body work. Cardio intervals combined with core fitness is an incredible workout. Using your body weight with exercises like lunges, mountain climbers, planks, ab crunches and then jumping on the bike for high speed chases, mountain climbs and interval training. Its a powerful combo.

Muay Thai influenced kickboxing fitness fusion class is simply awesome. Muay Thai uses 8 points of contact; fists, feet, knees and elbows for a complete cardio workout. Add in strength training and yoga and you have a perfect class. It's like the yin yang of fitness. Beating a heavy bag with everything you've got, adding in strength training and then finishing off with stretching and release. Perfection.
