Mama + me
Mama + Me time serves parents that want to work out at a gym but can't figure out time in their schedule. Parents that are frustrated with their options and are looking for solutions. Our goal at Railyard Fitness is to enable parents to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and baby friendly environment.
Reasons you should bring your baby to the gym;
- At the gym its dedicated fitness time
- Working out with your baby is bonding time
- It establishes family fitness as part of your life
- Exercise gives you more energy to get things done
If you can strap that baby on, you can come to the gym! Suggested times are 11-12 and 1-3. These are times when the gym is a bit quieter and you and your baby can focus on your fitness goals.
