The LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE formula is simple, its long enough to become conscious of your lifestyle habits and practice new ones, but not so long that its easy to give up on or not even finish. 21 days is a great foundation to any lifestyle choices you implement into your life plan.
The LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE begins and ends with a fitness assessment. With over a 100 tests to choose from, no matter what your fitness level, we find out where your base is. Knowing where you are is the first step to recognizing your accomplishments at the end of 3 weeks. Because believe me, after 21 days you will have accomplished something, even if its just a change in perspective, commitment to a new lifestyle habit or flaunting your skinny jeans.
The LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE includes 3 classes a week. Railyard Fitness offers Circuit Fit, Pure TRX, Cycling, Kettle Bell, and a Combo Cycling/Da Vinci class. We suggest mixing and matching classes, making sure your body is being pushed to expand past its comfort zone.
The LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE supports you through a private Facebook group with fellow Lifestyle Challengers. These are people who are going through or have gone through the same 21 days. The ups, the downs, the questions and the moments of achievements. Its also your source for new menu ideas, workouts or fit tips.
The LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE includes a eBook to help guide you through eating, exercise, health tips and ways to have successful lifestyle changes. Eating is a major part of all fitness. Nourishment is in our food. The key to health is in our food. So while we won't dictate your every meal or pretend that there is a food formula that fits every person, we will guide you and we will make suggestions. You will pick and choose what is right for you. Except, we do ask that you abstain from sugar, wheat, dairy and alcohol. Yikes, this is getting serious! Just remember you can do anything for just 3 weeks.
